You will act as a central point of contact, working closely with clients, risk engineers, insurers, insurance brokers, and third-party providers to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Management &amp; Delivery<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of risk engineering programmes for construction project insurance risks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the review of technical documentation, project schedule and cost plans, and contractual and policy information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery against client expectations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks or delays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client Engagement &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and strengthen relationships with clients and key stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a primary point of contact, ensuring clear, proactive communication throughout project lifecycles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development and delivery of client proposals, presentations and reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk Engineering Coordination<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review technical, contractual, and financial documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate global risk engineering surveys and third-party providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage survey outputs and facilitate agreement on recommendations across all stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development of risk summaries and Probable Maximum Loss (PML) assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commercial &amp; Budget Management<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial tracking throughout project lifecycles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and manage tender process for third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Loss Adjusting &amp; Proposal Support<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the preparation of proposals for Integra\u2019s loss adjusting operation; including contribution to case studies and supporting data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting &amp; Systems<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce clear, concise progress reports and client updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business Development &amp; Thought Leadership<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the creation of technical presentations, case studies and publications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to events and networking activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain a network of industry contacts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain comprehensive database of key market specialists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Skills &amp; Experience<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in project management or delivery roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to manage relationships at multiple levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and to budget<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial awareness and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desirable<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in risk engineering, insurance, construction, or related technical sectors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with contract documentation, underwriting, or claims processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing global project delivery or third-party suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Attributes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving ability with a calm solutions-oriented approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative team player with a client-first attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking a highly organised, client focused professional with a strong project management background to join the team.
