Integra strengthens North American team

Integra has today announced the arrival of Ricardo Mendonça to its team in the United States of America.

Ricardo joins Integra following the completion of his MBA at Duke University in North Carolina, where he focused on Energy and Finance. During this time, he completed a summer internship at renewable energy company, NextEra in Florida, where he developed an investment playbook and financial models to assess repowering strategies for aging renewable assets. This included presenting investment analysis to the CEO, CFO and COO.

Prior to his MBA, Ricardo spent nine years at an international loss adjusting firm in Brazil, where he advanced to Country Director and reported directly to the Global CEO. A qualified Mechanical Engineer and subsea & pipeline specialist, he led complex investigations across the energy and marine sectors, coordinating multidisciplinary teams on high-value losses worldwide. At Integra, Ricardo will continue to specialize in complex insurance claims spanning Energy, Construction, Marine and Property. Based in Florida, he brings multilingual capability in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
