Andres graduated as an Architect, and entered the loss adjusting profession in 2001, having previously worked as a consultant in a specialist firm of engineers / surveyors closely allied to the insurance / reinsurance industry. Initially Andres focused his professional loss adjusting activities on the energy sector, gaining considerable experience handling oil and gas claims, both onshore and offshore. In 2005 Andres joined another well established international loss adjusting practice in their Latin American regional offices in Mexico City and began to broaden his experience, continuing to handle large energy losses, predominantly onshore, but also gaining considerable exposure to a diverse range of large and complex Property / Casualty losses, particularly resulting from catastrophe events affecting the Latin American region.

Prior to joining Integra Technical Services in London in 2007, David worked for a large international loss adjusting operation for 20 years. His first international job was managing a loss adjusting operation in Indonesia; other roles included two years in Thailand, and long spells firstly as a construction claims adjuster, increasingly specialising in property, casualty and specie claims. As well as having lived in Asia for more than five years, David has worked extensively throughout Europe, Scandanavia and the Middle East.

Keith’s career began in the 1990’s in the residential and commercial construction management space, but turned to the oil field when he joined Schlumberger in their Drilling & Measurements division. He began as a Measurement While Drilling (MWD) Specialist who quickly learned to drill wells with Rotary Steerable equipment. During his time in the field Keith encountered many pressure control situations, both onshore and offshore while drilling in under balanced conditions. During this period Keith gained experience in all aspects of well completion and production operations. In 2008 he moved into International Loss Adjusting with Charles Taylor Adjusting, and six years later he joined Lloyd Warwick International. During this time Keith worked on large quantum losses (both onshore and offshore) including Control of Well, Oil Lease Property, Pollution Liability, Loss of Production Income, Business Interruption, CAR, WELCAR, and CGL claims, including International claims.

Keith’s experience also includes handling claims in the power generation, petrochemical, pipeline, and ports & terminal industry sectors.

Keith has also conducted various industry speaking engagements including the presentation of “Fracking and the Shale Revolution” at the Old Lloyd’s Library in May 2019.

Mark is a senior civil engineer with over 30 years of professional experience including the design and construction of major international multi-disciplinary projects such as ports, harbours, marinas and road tunnels including design, site supervision and management.

At Integra Mark’s principal activities concern the provision of advice on causation, damage, methods of repair and quantum together with engineering expertise and co-ordination of remedial works.

Additionally, Mark has specialist experience in unsafe Port and Berth investigations and has acted as an expert witness in both High Court and Arbitration proceedings.

Catherine is an experienced loss adjuster who commenced practice in March 2011, after the Canterbury Earthquake sequence. Using her background in accounting, business management and sales, she has worked extensively on business interruption, liability, recall and property losses. Catherine has worked as an accountant in Auckland and in Papua New Guinea, as a Financial Controller in New Zealand, as well as running her own business. Her broad range of experiences and her exceptional people skills assist in working with clients on their claims, be they; Business Interruption; Loss of Rents; Fidelity, or; Product Recall claims.

Angus began his loss adjusting career in 1993 and moved to the Middle East in 2005. He has experience adjusting complex oil, gas and petrochemical claims in most regions of the world. Angus and Ewan set up Integra Technical Services (Middle East) in 2010.

Ewan began his professional life as a graduate chartered quantity surveyor in 1977. In 1979 he moved into loss adjusting, ultimately serving as Managing Director of International Adjusters Partnership/Cunningham IAP, Thomas Howell Group; Technical & Specialist Services Company and IRISC Technical Services.

In 1998 Ewan established Integra Technical Services which operates in the area of complex technical lines claims in property, casualty and marine insurance. Ewan has pioneered the development of innovative strategies for handling and fast tracking the settlement of major and complex losses

Hugo has a bachelor’s degree in architecture, he is a Loss Adjuster, and a licenced building professional in New Zealand and Brazil. Hugo is also a New Zealand Green Building Council accredited professional and holds a certificate of proficiency in Environmental Impact Assessment. Hugo started his career working on the design and construction of housing developments, houses, and groups of high-density buildings. He also worked with catastrophe mitigation and management, frequently involving landslides and floods. He then moved to the commercial building field where he worked on various projects and construction including the Rio de Janeiro subway system, and several shopping malls.

In New Zealand, following the Canterbury earthquake sequence, commencing September 2010 and Wellington in 2016, Hugo became heavily involved in scoping and agreeing on reinstatement of earthquake damaged structure, initially working as a consultant for insured entities and then working in the claims management sector, agreeing and settling numerous losses for both earthquake damage and other building losses, including litigation support roles.

Hugo has also been involved with large and complex construction and project claims ranging from structural to cladding and weather tightness issues. Hugo has a wealth of experience on Catastrophe Response and Management. He has worked with floods, fire and earthquakes.

Ben joined Integra Technical Services in Singapore as a Loss Adjuster in 2020. He began his career as loss adjuster in London in 2017 handling a diverse portfolio of onshore and offshore energy insurance claims. Ben has travelled across the globe for site surveys and meetings with project teams and risk managers at industry-renowned energy companies in both upstream, downstream and renewable sectors. Ben has an Honours Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Bath. He was involved in ground-up design and engineering of a Biomass Gasification Plant and in-depth research into novel energy storage systems. He is currently pursuing ACII status through the Chartered Insurance Institute and working towards becoming Chartered through IChemE.

David completed his mechanical & electrical engineering training at Rolls-Royce Plc dealing with the installation and commissioning of industrial and marine gas turbines. David entered the loss adjusting profession in 1988 as a specialist mechanical and electrical engineering loss adjuster. Over the last 33 years, David has dealt with engineering losses involving power, generation, onshore renewable energy (UK & Europe) and CHP equipment, including biomass generators, transformers, furnaces, steam & gas turbines, thrusters, cranes, installed plant & machinery, with the last 13 years handling multi-million pound wind turbine losses.

David joined Integra Technical Services in 2020 as the UK Engineering Director.

Leo joined Integra in 2015 as COO and was promoted to CEO in 2018. He has overall responsibility for delivering the company’s business plan and strategic objectives and is responsible for a number of Integra’s client relationships around the world. Prior to joining Integra, Leo was the Global Head of Energy Claims for Zurich Insurance Company and handled several of their largest and most complex claims during his tenure. He was the financial and technical authority for Energy claims in the company and engaged with colleagues around the world to ensure the settlement of the company’s more challenging claims.

Leo sat on the Global Claims Leadership Team and also the Zurich UK’s Senior Leadership Team. Before this role, Leo was Energy Claims Team Manager at JLT for five years and prior to that he was a Claims Consultant at Indecs LLP helping Oil & Gas companies prepare their insurance claims for presentation to Loss Adjusters. Leo has spoken at numerous conferences including Lillehammer Energy Conference, Clyde & Co Energy seminar, OEC London, Energy Insurance London, WTW Construction Workshop.

Leo is the editor of ‘integrated’, Integra’s magazine devoted to specialist lines claims management.

Phil for 10 years held senior Chartered Adjuster/ Director positions based in London, Hong Kong and the Middle East. Thereafter, he worked for Zurich based in Singapore (8 years) as Chief Claims Officer Global Corporate / Commercial, and Chief Technical Officer (Asia Pacific) for all LoB’s including energy , construction, engineering, power, casualty with a high financial authority. His experience extends to managing complex major loss as a Chartered Adjuster and Insurer in different legal jurisdictions globally.

Phil returned to London late 2018 to join Integra as a working Chartered Adjuster / Managing Director EMEA

Ali began his professional career in the UK with Braemar Adjusting (London) as an Energy Loss Adjuster, servicing losses in Europe and West Africa. In 2015, he transferred to the United Arab Emirates to join the Braemar Dubai team, where he was later promoted to Senior Adjuster in 2018. During his time with Braemar in Dubai, Ali was responsible for the management and adjustment of offshore and onshore energy insurance claims (including both property damage & time element) for Insured’s across the region. Ali joined Integra Technical Services in March 2019 where he has continued to manage and settle large and complex energy claims, with focus on the petrochemical, power and renewables sector. Ali has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire and is continuing his Insurance qualification through both the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Andrew has been a specialist CAR/EAR Loss Adjuster for over 16 years and has handled numerous complex losses both in the Construction and Operational phases including DSU/ALOP claims relating to CAR/EAR arising from his nomination on Project Policies together with Contractor’s Annual Accounts.

He has undertaken assignments not only in the UK, but across Europe, Africa and the Middle East for a range of sectors including Residential and Commercial Developments, Civil Engineering, Tunnelling, Waste Water Treatment Works, Power Generation and Transmission, and Oil and Gas.

Sam began his professional career in 2006 as a Mechanical Engineer with AMEC Oil & Gas UK, working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, specialising in rotating and static machinery on both onshore and offshore construction / operational projects. Sam transitioned from industry to Loss Adjusting in 2009, working in London on a home/foreign basis for 4 years, before transferring to Dubai to open up the Middle East operations for AqualisBraemar.

After successfully growing the Middle East operation to a team of 5 Loss Adjusters and becoming a Director, Sam joined Integra as Regional Manager in 2017. During his Loss Adjusting career, Sam has successfully settled scores of large and complex insurance claims on operational and construction policies (including both property damage & time element) within the upstream and downstream oil & gas, petrochemical, power, renewables and heavy industry sectors. Sam has gained a reputation for efficiency of service, claims process innovation and an ability to achieve timely and amicable claims resolutions.

Sam has a Master of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering from Loughborough University, is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has ACII accreditation with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Fraser is a civil and environmental engineer who began his career in 2012 working as a project engineer for MWH consultants (now Stantec) in Dubai. Fraser was promoted to the position of senior project engineer where he was responsible for the design of Dubai Municipalities’ largest and most sensitive infrastructure projects including the Jebel Ali Deep Stormwater Tunnel. In 2016 he joined International Power and Water Investments (IPWI) to utilise his engineering expertise and lead a team of engineers to develop infrastructure projects in the emerging markets of Africa and Asia. Project successes include a 235MW combined cycle power plant in Ghana, Africa and a 25,000 m3/day reverse osmosis drinking water plant in Patong, Thailand.

In 2019 Fraser moved to London with Integra Technical Services where he is working as an engineering loss adjuster focussed on adjusting Construction & Engineering (CAR & EAR) and Oil, Gas & Petrochemical claims both in the UK and internationally.

A qualified lawyer, shipbroker and commercial arbitrator Andrew has worked in the marine, stevedoring and transport/logistics sector since 1981 – with a major Australian stevedore as a contracts manager, as a shipbroker on the Baltic Exchange in London, as General Manager Business Development with Sydney Ports Corporation and Commercial Manager and a director for P&O Ports (now DP World) Australia/NZ, prior to joining a major Australian insurance broker and third party claims administration business as Claims Administration Director.

With extensive experience in handling major and complex Marine and related losses in the APAC region, Andrew is a respected resource for loss adjusting matters relating to the shipping, port, stevedoring, transport and logistics sectors.

Derek joined Integra Technical Services in Singapore as a Loss Adjuster in 2020, having had 13 years experience in forensic consulting, root cause analysis, failure investigation, and materials engineering. He began his engineering career as a failure analysis consultant with TÜV SÜD, Singapore.

As a principal investigator, he provided engineering consultation and risk assessment services to various industrial sectors, including oil & gas, aerospace, marine, chemicals, power generation, manufacturing, construction, rail transport, medical devices, and defence. In 2014, Derek joined Rolls-Royce, Singapore, as a Principal Engineer focused on Failure Investigation. He was primarily responsible for investigation of in-service aircraft gas turbine engine failures in the Asia Pacific region through leading cross-functional teams and working with airlines, module suppliers and regulatory bodies.

In early 2019, Derek moved to Envista Forensics, wherein he worked with local and international adjusters as well as insurers on a wide spectrum of claims relating to gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, container handling cranes, building maintenance units, etc. Derek has a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Material Science and Engineering and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

He is a Chartered Engineer and Professional Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, and currently pursuing ACILA status through the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.

Laurence is a Chartered Loss Adjuster having over 40 years’ experience, during his time in the UK and International Construction/Engineering markets before joining Integra in 2018.

He has handled numerous major and complex losses in all aspects of the Construction sector, including various nominations associated with Major Infrastructure, Mass Transit Systems and other Civil Engineering projects throughout his tenure in UK, South East Asia, Latin America and Middle East.

Patrick began working as a loss adjuster following the 1985 earthquake in Chile. After taking time off to complete the CII diploma course at the Chartered Insurance Institute college in Sevenoaks, Patrick continued to work for multinational firms of loss adjusters, initially as part of their CAT teams following hurricanes Gilbert and Hugo. He was then transferred to Spain, following which he moved to London, where he was the liaison adjuster for the firm’s offices in Latin America. He was then transferred to Venezuela, following which he opened the firm’s branch in Argentina. Patrick then returned to Chile, to manage the local office of a multinational firm of adjusters before working with Integra Technical Services Chile in March 2015

Patrick is an experienced property damage and business interruption adjuster, having handled losses in a wide variety of industries, frequently on large/complex losses that require leading a team of specialist engineers, surveyors, accountants and lawyers. A sound working knowledge of the judicial and fiscal procedures in the southern part of Latin America has also enabled Patrick to handle a wide variety of casualty losses throughout the region.

Alison is a Chartered Surveyor and developed her professional background in the Commercial Property arena in both London and Glasgow. She has a total of 14 years of loss adjusting experience specialising in Property/CAR/EAR losses including DSU/ALOP claims.

With Integra, Alison has handled complex and high value claims in the Bahamas, Turkey, Cyprus,Portugal and the UK including manufacturing facilities, commercial developments, power generation plants, Civil Engineering and Tunnelling projects. Alison joined Integra in 2011.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the rail, transport and logistics sectors. Ian has been involved in significant rail incidents including the adjustment and successful negotiation of claims totaling in excess of AUD$50 million. In addition, Ian has been loss adjusting for five years and has adjusted complex business interruption losses for various industries as diverse as mining and aquaculture. Related experience includes analysing procurement contracts and management of loss-related procurement projects.

Alistair joined Integra, Singapore, in 2015 as a Senior Adjuster. He was promoted to Managing Director (Singapore) in 2017, followed by Managing Director (Asia) in 2019.

Since 2011 he has been involved in numerous claims across the globe, with a focus on power generation (thermal and renewables), refineries/petrochemicals, and offshore energy.

Alistair is an experienced engineer with specialist working knowledge of rotating equipment, including gas/steam turbines, power generation packages and compressors, along with experience working on offshore oil & gas platforms and within petrochemical facilities.

Alistair has an Honours Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Edinburgh University and a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Oil and Gas Law from Aberdeen Business School. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is pursuing ACILA.

Iain is a seasoned claims professional with over 30 years multinational experience with large and complex losses in the property sector. He has wide ranging multi-lines experience, with a focus on renewable energy – both construction and operations, with DSU / BI following. Iain also has extensive CAT management experience.

Kumail began his professional career in 2009 with Trust Re, Bahrain, as an Energy Underwriter, for Middle East, Africa and Far East. Whilst working with Trust Re, Kumail managed over 300 clients across the regions primarily National and International Oil and Gas companies.

Kumail’s domain expertise in Energy operational and construction risks backed by his Mechanical Engineering background, In addition to 11 years of experience as an insurer coupled Fellowship qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute provides an all rounded loss adjusting experience covering both the Industrial and Insurance perspectives. Furthermore, Kumail accomplished his Master in Business Administration and spent three months with Bahrain National Refinery maintenance and inspection department to gain practical experience.

Kevin has an honours degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is also a Fellow of ANZIIF and an Associate member of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA). Kevin spent twelve years working as an engineer in the mining industry in South Africa, finishing as engineering manager for a gold mine before moving into project work. He then spent six years in project management of construction of process plants and shafts in Southern Africa and as a technical consultant for a furnace project in Saudi Arabia.

Kevin has practiced as a loss adjuster since 1998, concentrating on engineering, construction and mining related claims, as well as engineering aspects of major property losses. He also has specialist expertise in train derailments and has experience in claims for power stations and port operations.

Phil has over 32 years of experience in the property insurance industry. In 1987 he started his career as a Risk Engineering Specialist with FM Global where he obtained his Professional Engineering License and performed risk analysis and inspections of various industry properties including Mining, Power Generation, Gas Transmission, Minerals Conversion/Processing, Manufacturing and others.

In 1992 he transitioned into FM Global’s Loss Adjusting Group handling large complex claims in the industries outlined above. Phil was also part of their CAT team responding to most of the larger Catastrophe events in the US and Caribbean during his 13- year tenure as a field adjuster. In 2006 Phil took a position with Liberty Mutual Property as an Executive General Adjuster. Phil then moved to Zurich North America in 2007 as an AVP, Executive General Adjuster in Large Loss Property Claims directly handling large complex claims under All Risk and Builder’s Risk policies.

In 2011 he then moved into the Zurich Energy Claims Unit managing energy claims in Oil & Gas (offshore & onshore), Power Generation (fossil & renewable), Mining and Petrochemical industries. In 2018 to 2019 Phil was managing a group of Zurich Executive General Adjusters as an AVP Senior Property Claims Manager.

Other responsibilities included preparing and presenting Time Element and policy training courses/workshops to insureds, brokers, underwriters and claim representatives, and working with Underwriters and broker partners on policy wording development for various industry sectors including Power Generation, Renewable Energy and Healthcare.

Prior to working with Integra Technical Services (North America) in 2013, John developed his technical and professional background in the Oil and Chemical Process Industries, including production unit supervision, process design, environmental engineering design and regulatory compliance responsibilities at two international engineering and procurement companies. He then transitioned into the insurance sector as a Senior risk Engineer at Zurich Global Energy providing risk management advice to major oil companies.

In 2002 John moved into loss adjusting and since then he has held senior positions at Matthews Daniel and AquaTerra managing a variety of upstream, midstream and downstream property, casualty, builder’s risk and time element claims. He has operated extensively throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Steve began his career in 1975 as a craft apprentice with Exxon Mobil at their Coryton Oil Refinery, UK, progressing to the position of Project Engineer. In 1984 he moved into International Loss Adjusting, initially based in London, with subsequent overseas postings in Singapore, Caracas and Houston. In 1992 Steve returned to London working on major property damage and business interruption losses within the power generation, oil refining and petrochemical sectors.

Szen is a professional mechanical engineer and worked in the energy sector for 20 years before entering the loss adjusting profession in 2020. He has extensive experience in global development projects covering detailed engineering designs, onsite constructions & mobilizations, and offshore subsea installations. Szen has dealt with offshore windfarm projects in the renewables sector, specifically in the design and analysis of infield and export cables for offshore windfarm array configurations. He was also an engineering specialist advisor for risk surveys and forensic investigations to the London Insurance Market.

Thomas is a Chartered Loss Adjuster who has practiced from offices in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Australia since 1985. He is now Managing Director of Integra Technical Services Australia and New Zealand, based in Sydney. He has worked extensively on major losses around the world including Construction Risks, Power Generation, Industrial Processing Risks, Professional Indemnity, Casualty & Liability losses of many types. He has particular expertise in Casualty claims and losses of most facets across the Food & Beverage industries, with extensive involvement over a number of years. Thomas joined Integra Technical Services in September 2016.

Gavin joined Integra as a Senior Adjuster in 2016. He is an Affiliate of AICLA, a Senior Associate of ANZIIF, and he has Diploma of Financial Services in both Loss Adjusting and Broking. Prior to joining Integra Gavin had over 20 years’ experience as an insurance professional. That experience covers a diverse range of operations in the construction, utility, mining, energy and logistics sectors, throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Gavin brings experience of complex loss scenarios involving intricate contractual arrangements under property, construction, engineering, marine and casualty policies.

Phil began his professional career as an offshore/upstream engineer, followed by holding various technical and managerial roles globally, at Schlumberger. After 9 years, Phil joined switched Industries and joined Hannover Re to become an Upstream Energy Underwriter in the Insurance sector. He then moved to head up the Upstream Energy underwriting team at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty in London, where he led several global upstream operational and construction programs. In 2018, Phil joined Integra as an Adjuster with a focus on Upstream, Renewable Energy and Construction. Since, he handled operational and construction upstream as well as onshore/offshore wind energy and solar (PV, CSP) claims

Prior to joining Integra Technical Services, Fred practiced as both an in-house insurance company engineer/adjuster and an independent claims adjuster. He has over 30 years of experience managing complex claims in technical lines of specialty insurance business across numerous states in North America. Fred began his professional career in the commercial property insurance industry in 1987 as a Risk Engineer for Factory Mutual Engineering Association. In 1990, Fred transferred to Factory Mutual’s Adjustment Division where he handled large/complex property claims and was a member of FM Global’s Catastrophe Team. In 2006, Fred joined Zurich North America’s Large Loss Unit as an Executive General Adjuster. While with Zurich N.A.,

Fred worked extensively with Zurich’s Global Energy Business Unit managing both Upstream, Mid and Downstream Energy claims. Fred transitioned to an independent adjuster when he joined York Specialized Loss Adjusters in 2011. Whilst there Fred continued to manage high profile technical claims in the Mid and Downstream Energy, Mining and Construction and Engineering sectors.

Fred has successfully adjusted claims ranging value from US$200,000 to US$370,000,000.

Aaron began his professional career working at Suncor in an HR/Payroll capacity. Moving on to system integration Aaron worked closely with Operations personnel to help develop, improve and integrate systems to suit operational needs. Continuing with Systems and Operations, Aaron joined Marine Terminal Corporation/Ports America to assist with US West Coast Port System development. In 2008, Aaron relocated to Houston to take a position within the Insurance Industry. Initially joining Charles Taylor Adjusting, and then York SLA in 2014, Aaron developed his proficiencies through training and servicing Energy and Commercial Property claims.

Claims experience includes losses ranging in quantum from US$15,000 to $600,000,000 In August 2017 Aaron joined Integra Technical Services from York Specialized Loss Adjusting, where he had been working claims across the mid and downstream energy sector, as well as complex commercial claims, construction all risk and pollution liability claims.

Matt joined Integra, Singapore, as Senior Adjuster in September 2017 and was promoted to the role of Technical Director in 2020. He began his adjusting career with GAB Robins, UK, in 1998 working as a General Adjuster across Property and Casualty lines of business. He moved to McLarens in London in 2005 as an Executive Adjuster handling major and complex losses on a home/foreign basis. He gained his diploma as an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (ACILA) in 2011. Matt joined McLarens Thailand in 2012 as Technical Adviser and was responsible for handling numerous major losses arising from the 2011 Thailand Floods, including very substantial semiconductor, motor and electronics manufacturing plants, and construction claims.

The experience Matt has gained throughout his career in the UK, Europe and Asia encompasses Power Generation, Downstream Energy, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, CAR/EAR, Machinery Breakdown, Business Interruption/CBI/DSU, Public Liability and Terrorism/PV claims. He has also responded to various Catastrophe events in the Caribbean, Europe, UK, South East Asia and the South Pacific.

Matt’s current role includes technical oversight and staff training, managing complex claims, and coordinating our Renewable Energy proposition in the Asia region.

Eoin joined Integra Technical Services in October 2018, having had 11 years prior experience working as a Loss Adjuster. Eoin graduated from the University of Limerick in 2007 with an Honours degree in Business Studies having majored in Risk Management and Insurance. He immediately began his loss adjusting career with Thornton and Partners in Ireland and completed his ACII examinations becoming a member of the Associate of the Chartered Insurance. He moved to the UAE in 2015 as a Senior Loss Adjuster and joined McLarens in Abu Dhabi in April 2016 where he gained a broad range of experience handling major and complex losses across various lines of business. He has handled large claims on a considerable Ports and Terminals account and has also experience of project management of terrorism and political violence claims in recent years in Yemen, Iraq and Kenya.

He gained his diploma as an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (ACILA) in 2018 and is an active member of the Institute. Since joining Integra in the UAE in 2018, he has been involved in handling numerous large and complex Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation losses in including Renewable Energy (PV and CSP), CAR/EAR, Heavy Industry Operational, Machinery Breakdown, Upstream & Downstream Energy and Business Interruption claims.

He has also experience of dealing with claims arising out of Catastrophe events and has been an active Catastrophe Response Team member throughout his career, including a tour to the Caribbean to deal with large losses following devastating hurricanes.

Domingo has more than 25 years of claims handling experience and specialises in adjusting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Technology and Construction & Engineering claims in North and Latin America. His instructions have come from domestic US Insurers, International Reinsurers and Captives, who’ve appointed him to adjust and settle claims up to US$150,000,000 in value. He has been extensively involved in cause/origin investigations, damage assessments, reserve / financial exposure estimating, policy coverage analysis, claims negotiation and supporting subrogation actions.

Domingo has an accounting background and gained considerable knowledge in the preparation, analysis, and adjustment of business interruption losses. He has also been an active participant in pre-loss scenario planning meetings and trained key personnel involved in the handling of claims on large global accounts. Domingo joined the Integra team in March 2019.

Vince began his career in 1987 as a Claims Adjuster handling a range of commercial and domestic claims. In 1998 he moved into Loss Adjusting, specializing in Liability Claims.

He has considerable experience of handling high value and complex claims including fatal accidents, catastrophic injury, product liability, professional indemnity, pollution/environmental claims, major property damage and business interruption losses arising out of Construction & Engineering risks.

A qualified master mariner, holding a master’s degree in maritime law, Denis has worked in the marine industry for over forty years.

Commencing a seagoing career as a navigating officer, obtaining a Class One Masters certificate with experience in container ships, oil tankers and oil rig supply ships, the latter serving as Chief Officer.

Upon moving ashore Denis gained experience initially in commercial management roles in the USA and North Asia container trades as Trades Manager.

Utilising his technical background and legal studies Denis was recruited by the Australian and New Zealand Direct Line to manage their marine insurance, risk management and claims department. With the purchase of ANZDL by CP Ships in 2000, this role was expanded to manage claims and insurance for the Asia Pacific Region. In 2007 Denis was appointed Cargo Care and Legal Manager for Swire Shipping, handling various marine casualties, including the Pacific Adventure loss of containers and oil spill off the Queensland coast.

In 2018 Denis took up the role of Senior Loss Adjuster/Surveyor with Integra. In that year he was appointed lead surveyor by the majority of local cargo insurance interests to investigate the loss of containers from the YM Efficiency off Newcastle NSW. Since joining Integra he has been appointed on a wide range of various hull and cargo loss matters.

Arturo joined Integra Technical Services in Mexico as a Senior Adjuster in 2014, having had 10 years experience as a Senior Adjuster and Risk Surveyor on an International Loss Adjusters Firm. On Integra Arturo focused mainly on the management of large and complex property claims, Power Generation, Oil, gas & petrochemical losses including one of the largest claims in Mexico on a Petrochemical plant, mining, CAT losses and government accounts as FONDEN, CFE, PEMEX and CENAGAS.

Due to his specialty, Arturo has handled complex claims involving power plants, renewables and machinery, where he has gained extensive experience handling claims for Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE) in Mexico, Instituto Costarricence de Electricidad (ICE) in Costa Rica, Comision Ejecutiva del Rio Lempa (CEL) in EL Salvador and others companies in Central and South America.

Arturo graduated as an Automation and Control Engineer with a specializing in Boilers and Pressure Equipment, he began his engineering career as a Maintenance Manager on a Government Medical Centre, for three years gained significant experience on Power Generation and Machinery.

Arturo began his career as an adjuster and risk surveyor in 2004, on an international Loss Adjusters Firm, where achieve to become Senior Adjuster and Partner, during this period, Arturo participated in the world training program in Houston where he handled claims derived from Hurricane Katrina. Arturo has participated on different courses and training programs on the PETEX Extension Service at University of Texas, and currently is focused to complete the CILA Certificate.

Mark has over 24 years of experience in the energy and insurance industries including the downstream oil and gas, power, and manufacturing sectors. Mark commenced his insurance career in 2009 with Rex Andrews & Associates, Inc. as a Technical Adjuster (2009-2011), thereafter as a Senior Technical Adjuster (2011-2015), and was promoted to Executive Adjuster in 2015. In 2017, Mark joined Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. as a National General Adjuster (2017-2018) and then was quickly promoted to an Executive General Adjuster (2018-2020). While at both firms, Mark adjusted a variety of claims involving property damage and business interruption. These property claims included oil refineries, petrochemical processing, power generation, transmission, and distribution, general manufacturing, and commercial properties. For these claims, Mark managed the adjustment process on many occasions involving layered insurance programs underwritten by multiple international and domestic insurance markets including captive insurers. Prior to his insurance career, Mark worked for The M.W. Kellogg Company (1997-1998) as a Process/Systems Engineer designing process units, utilities, and offsite systems. In 1998 Mark joined the Phillips Petroleum Company as a Production Engineer managing daily Crude Unit and Distillate Hydrotreater Unit operations at the Phillip’s refinery in Sweeney, Texas. Mark then moved to the Shell Oil Company in 2001 as an Energy Consultant identifying and implementing energy efficiency projects and programs at various customer manufacturing sites in collaboration with senior management, maintenance, operations, and administrative personnel. Mark was then promoted as a Heavy Products/NGL Coordinator to manage Shell’s Deer Park Refinery’s product supply business. These products included marine fuel oil, petroleum coke, Catalytic Cracking Unit feedstock (vacuum gas oil), and natural gas liquids.

After training and a period as a Field Engineer on the construction of a refinery for Chevron Belgium, Tony worked for 5 years in the Middle East as a Project Engineer, firstly for Fluor & Aramco in Saudi Arabia and then on several projects in Iran. After obtaining a M.Sc. in Manchester Tony moved to Germany with Davy Mc Kee to work as a process engineer mainly on petrochemical projects in Russia. After six years in Cologne he joined Munich Re, firstly as a property Claims Engineer working mainly on oil, gas and petrochemical claims and then as an Energy Underwriter. Tony was head of a facultative underwriting team for eight years but from 2005 returned to Energy Claims – to work on on-shore losses from Katrina and Rita as well as many large oil gas and petrochemical claims world- wide.

In 2012 Tony retired from Munich Re and started with Integra. He has since worked on many complex on-shore Energy Claims around the globe as well as Industrial Claims in Germany. Tony lives in Munich.

Gerard is a cyber insurance specialist with deep knowledge of the technology industry. He understands data driven business processes, the financial models that data informs, and can apply that knowledge to cyber and technology related insurance claims.

Since joining the insurance industry, Gerard has adjusted cyber and technology claims on behalf of (Re)Insurers for SME’s through large corporates. The cause of these claims includes; Ransomware; Advanced Persistent Threats; data corruption occasioning physical damage; errors and omissions. He has also managed property claims for damage to technology assets and associated infrastructure.

Prior to joining the insurance industry, Gerard managed Information Technology (IT) projects focused on process and data security across Australia and Asia for clients operating in; banking; insurance; retail; transport; aviation. Following the Christchurch earthquake series in 2011, he joined a New Zealand adjusting firm as a financial lines adjuster to manage primarily technology related losses. His ability to drive claim outcomes draws on his experience as an IT project manager, supported by his having started his career as a management accountant. Complementing Gerard’s professional experience are specialist IT qualifications, and he is currently advancing a PhD centered on risk in IIoT, the Industrial Internet of Things (Industrie 4.0).

Gerard’s joining Integra Technical in April 2019 complements our ‘cross border’ approach of directing the best team at managing the losses we are instructed on. His expertise means Integra is not only equipment to handle all classes of IT claims, Gerard also has significant knowledge of data supporting Operational Technologies (OT) including IoT. As data supporting fused IT, OT, and IoT becomes more vital in support of modern industrial processes, his skills strengthen our adjusting solution for the construction & engineering, oil, gas & petrochemical, power generation (including renewables), and mining industries.

Brian has a degree in Civil Engineering and was also trained in Law and Management. He spent twelve years working as an engineer for a construction company, firstly in the gold mining industry before finishing as a head office based manager and director of many Engineering companies for a leading listed Industrial Group in South Africa. He managed a construction company before starting his own Engineering Loss Adjusting practice which prospered and grew for fifteen years until it had offices and staff in two major coastal cities in South Africa. On relocating to Australian 2009, he sold his business interests and joined a major Loss Adjusting Company and was based in the Perth office.

Brian has practiced as an Engineering Loss Adjuster for the last 25 years, concentrating on heavy construction (especially rail and road infrastructure), energy, gas and mining related claims, as well as engineering aspects of major property loss. He has expertise in mine wall slips and considerable experience in claims for gas installations, port, road, rail and other major infrastructure projects, power stations and chemical plants all whilst based in Perth, Australia for the last 9 years.

Brian joined Integra and opened the Perth office in July 2014 and has become involved in various claims in the field of construction and infrastructure damage. His experience of road and rail infrastructure projects and claims have made his services sought after both in Western Australia and elsewhere within Australia.

Tom joined Integra Technical Services in Singapore in 2018 as a Senior Adjuster. After serving an engineering apprenticeship in a Scottish shipyard, Tom joined the British Merchant Navy as a Junior Engineer, eventually attaining the rank of Chief Engineer. He later came ashore, working for a major shipping company as Superintendent Engineer in their offshore, RoRo and tanker divisions.

From 1992 to 2012, Tom was employed as a Staff Surveyor, Principal Surveyor, then Regional Director with The Salvage Association, gaining significant experience in all aspects of marine and offshore casualty claims and risk assessment, as well as gaining an unequivocal understanding of marine insurance and maritime law. In early 2014, Tom joined Brookes Bell Singapore, later becoming a Partner in the company, and spending much of his time investigating the causes of machinery failures and other marine accidents in SE Asia, the Far East and worldwide.

He has acted as Expert Witness and Litigation support in all areas of the marine and offshore industry, including newbuild disputes, shipyard liability disputes, attendance at sea trials, bunker disputes, in-service casualties, machinery breakdown, performance related issues and cost of repair disputes and arbitrations.
